Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due within 14 days of booking.

The remaining balance is due after your stay and includes the lodging tax and any additional services actually used.

All payments must be made by bank transfer.

Withdrawal and Cancellation

No later than 3 months before the contractual partner’s agreed-upon arrival date, the accommodation contract may be terminated by the accommodation provider through a unilateral declaration for objectively justified reasons, unless otherwise agreed.

5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5, the contracting party may withdraw from the contract by unilateral declaration only upon payment of the following cancellation fees:

– Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price;
– Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price;
– During the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price
